I called on a Monday morning due to my dog having something wrong with his eye and they fit us in the same day even though we have never been seen there. They took us back as soon as we walked in. Dr Redmon was amazing with my 80lb nervous boy. By the time we left my dog loved her and was much less nervous! She was very informative and caring and our whole experience was great.

Everyone there is so kind and understanding. You can tell they just want to help the animals. They saw my dog on short notice. Dr. Redmon and the vet tech were very helpful and patient (both with my anxious dog and my many questions). We've had several visits there and keep coming back. They are so kind to me, my fur baby, and they answer my thousands of questions. They found a serious problem with her that a nearby hospital kept overlooking and dismissing. This was our first time at this office, and it won't be our last! Dr. Olsen was wonderful with our kitty, and we are completely confident with the care she provided. She and her assistant took the time to make all of us feel comfortable by discussing the procedures in detail.
