First Exam

8 weeks of age

Second Exam

12 weeks of age

  • Exam
  • 2nd DA2PP/Lepto Vaccine
  • Fecal Exam
(Must purchase puppy pack by this exam)

Third Exam

16 weeks of age

  • Exam
  • 3rd DA2PP/Lepto Vaccine
  • Rabies Vaccine

Surgery

  • CBC (blood work)
  • Spay or Neuter*
  • Pain Medication
  • 1 year of Heartworm Prevention
  • E-Collar
